What size should I order?

We want our products to fit our customers perfectly, so we make sure you take a look at the size guide and sizing information which can be accessed at the footer of our website. If you need further help with sizing, our customer service representatives can recommend your best size. All you will need to do is send us an email which includes the product name with your measurements which should include; bust, waist and hip measurements. Email these to: hello@averlybeach.com

I have received the wrong item

Oh no! We’re so sorry that this has happened to your order! Let us sort this out straight away! All you need to do is send over image/s of the incorrect product, and the invoice included with your package to hello@averlybeach.com.

One of our customer service representatives will resolve this for you immediately!

My package has arrived and my order is damaged or faulty

We’re so sorry that this has happened. We check all our products thoroughly through our quality system prior to being dispatched so we are so sorry! Please email your order number and an image of the damaged item (ensuring the Averly Beach tag is visible in the picture) to hello@averlybeach.com and a customer representative will investigate this immediately. 

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

What is your returns policy?

You can find our returns policy detailed in the Terms of Service. You can access this page in the footer of this website.

Competition Terms & Conditions

To be in for a chance of winning a competition through Averly Beach, follow the competition entry requirements and rules on the post. Winners are chosen at random after the competition closes. You can enter a competition a maximum of 5 times to improve your odds. Any additional entries are disregarded. Spam entries will not be counted. To receive your prize you must email us with your full name and address. Competition winners must claim their prize within 24 hours. Email hello@averlybeach.com. If you are not able to claim your prize for whatever reason, the competition will be redrawn.

Winners will receive a DM from our team alerting them to their win.

For competitions involving share to story with @averlybeach tag, the winner’s profile must have been made public. 

Averly Beach reserve the right to cancel the competition upon unforeseen circumstances.
